Supports the clinical training team
Course manager Will Neal joined IAS Academy in 2018, after working in customer service and recruitment.
His role involves supporting the clinical training team to deliver IAS’ world-renowned orthodontic courses, events and mentoring.
Will enjoys nurturing clinicians through the entire training pathway and attending courses wherever the IAS team goes. He also manages the academy on a day-to-day basis.
Outside of work, Will loves football, fishing and is a keen outdoorsman.
