IAS Joins ‘Tubulites’

IAS joined dental professionals from across the UK at the annual national congress of ‘Tubulites’ last week.

The Dentinal Tubules organisation – which promotes learning, development and mutual support among dental professionals – held its annual congress in the stunning surroundings of Heythrop Park, Oxfordshire.

IAS director Dr Tif Qureshi was one of more than 20 dentists to share wisdom at the get-together, which featured keynote speeches and workshops by some of dentistry’s most inspirational figures.

Tif led a sold-out workshop on ortho-restorative techniques which helped attendees understand how alignment can be used in conjunction with bleaching and bonding to achieve amazing smiles.

The course also covered the Dahl principle, as well as digital planning techniques.

Commenting on the event, Tif said: “As an organisation that fosters a nurturing and supportive environment for dental professionals to learn and grow, the Dentinal Tubules’ ethos aligns closely to that of the IAS academy.

“Once again, they have pulled off a truly amazing event. It was hugely inspirational to witness the commitment and passion shared by attendees, and I’m proud to have represented IAS at the congress.”

Tif was among 23 dentists presenting hands-on workshops at the event, covering subjects from implant surgery to business strategy.

Attendees were treated to a Star Wars-themed dinner to mark the close of day one, and the event ended with a celebratory red-and-black soiree.
